RESET CLASS - RESTORE YOUR CORE!
Starting July 31st and continuing for the first 3 Wednesdays in August, I will be holding 1 hour long reset classes two different times, at 11:00 am (where childcare will be available) as well as 6:30 pm. This is a great opportunity to go through all the resets and test yourself after each one to help you determine which resets are most effective in helping reset your brain and body. I've attached a brochure that describes the Restore Your Core workshop and lists pertinent information.
