I am very passionate to help others to change their life . It is a simple question how can we do it ?….
Understanding and taking responsibility for the experience are the keys for growth .
If you play a victim it’s not a lot of things that you can change….
We will repeat the same patterns we will attract people who will reconfirm beliefs about us .
For example. I have a belief that I am not smart enough , so every time I make a mistake I reconfirm this belief and I am feeling very down. Probably for a couple days I will study something really hard and then I will stop , I will not do this consistently because I have this belief, so I need to reconfirm this belief about myself over and over until I am ready to see it .
If I am smart enough that not a lot of possibilities to change the actions, but if I don’t understand something I can find information and get better at this …..

How you can benefit from a life coaching ? We are coaching people based on 7 levels of energy . When we have understanding what level of energy we are experiencing in a present moment , we have a choice to respond different way and we will have different outcome . For example ; First level of energy is being a victim . it's a strong negative energy directed toward itself . Core thoughts associated with this level : I lose, I hate myself, I have no choice , I don't matter , I'M mot valuable or valued. Emotions and feelings associated with this level are : Guilt, self-doubt, hopelessness powerless , worry , fear , embarrassment , sorrow /depression . When we recognize those thoughts and emotions associated with this level we can chose to go up to second of level of energy with a core thought associated to this energy I win you lose . its still negative energy , but its has more energy to do action .

Why do we need regression therapy? A lot of events in our life happen unconsciously, which are repeated and bring a negative emotional charge. For example, my boss says that I am not good enough for the job, I have negative emotions such as anger and condemnation of the boss. but we do not want to see that this is constantly happening, but these words are spoken to us by other people or by ourselves.
