- movement variety
- frequency/consistency
- progressive challenge
- enjoyment
- balancing intensity and recovery
I teach Pilates because I enjoy teaching people to connect and move their body in helpful and challenging ways - not because I think it’s the only or best way to be strong, mobile and healthy. There’s no need to just pick one thing, but I know many people for whom Pilates is the only exercise they enjoy and will stick to..that exists in every category.
