Meet our May featured member, Christopher Kuester, who decided to join TPAC about two years ago after earning a master's degree.
βI noticed that my cardiorespiratory fitness was starting to lack a little bit, so I finished my program and got inspired to get back in shape,β he says.
Nowadays, Christopher works out three to four times a week, usually early in the morning. He is a big fan of the Precor bike and resistance training.
βTPAC has everything I would expect or hope for out of a gym,β he says. βItβs very inviting, and itβs a very nice local community. The staff is all very friendly, and it feels comfortable and accessible.β
