Meet Coach Kristel! 💙

With 6 years of coaching experience across the U.S. and Europe, Kristel brings energy, encouragement, and just the right amount of challenge to every class. Her goal is simple: help you discover you’re capable of more than you think.

Kristel believes we don’t HAVE to work out, we GET to work out. Her classes are all about having fun while pushing yourself just a little further, whether that’s picking up heavier weights, adding more resistance, or powering through one more squat.

“Hi, I’m Carolyn! Growing up, fitness was never part of my life until a friend invited me to the gym. That one workout changed everything, giving me confidence, strength, energy, and a healthier mindset.

Those changes inspired me to become a coach and help others experience the same benefits. I believe fitness isn’t one size fits all, the best workout is one that fits your lifestyle and is something you enjoy.
