With all of the challenges and disappointments of this year, there may not be a better picture that defines it than this. A group of boys, pulling for and supporting one other every single day, sharing spotlights and praise, and enjoying every moment they were together.
The 10 seniors on this team have spent every March through July over the last 12 years together. The benefits of being teammates for that long are obvious between the lines, but it's the friendships and memories built over that time that will last so much longer. You made it so easy to cheer for each and every one of you, which helped those friendships and memories extend out to all of our families. You have left a legacy of baseball in Northbridge that reaches beyond box scores and has shown the younger generations what it truly means to be a Northbridge Ram.
To the younger players in the program - there is tremendous potential in each and every one of you. Despite the outcome of this year, we hope our seniors have been able to impart a knowledge, work ethic, and team-first attitude that you will carry forward.
Keep your heads up boys, and thank you for making Northbridge proud of the young men you've become.
