My business was born out of a great concern for people's health and well-being. When my own regular workout routine proved to be helpless against my achey back and weak core, I realized I was missing something... a body awareness that could help me discover and work on my strength from within. That's how I found Pilates. I soon realized that, like the "old me," many (most) people walk around all t

heir lives having no idea how to use and keep their body healthy and strong. So I founded my studio, hoping I could share my newfound knowledge with others and help them lead more complete and healthy lives. Over the past 15 years, the studio has grown to offer a diverse and holistic schedule of Pilates, Yoga, and Fitness classes. Our instructors have extensive knowledge, training and experience, and they give tremendous care and individual attention to each and every one of our clients. 1. Rows - make sure your elbows are tucked in and pull the bar toward your belly button

2. Dead Hang - protract your scapula

3. Kettle bell swings - keep your back straight

4. Plank - protract your scapula again!

5. Deadlift - keep your head down
