Protein has become the trendy nutrient that people think will automatically improve their diets. Do you need more protein? Maybe look at your diet first. And if you do, the best ways to get it are some Greek yogurt, chicken breast, tuna - you don’t need a packaged food supplement, or a powdered supplement. Many people try to tell me “but carbs are bad for you, meat is bad for you, dairy is bad for you, etc.” if you keep cutting out entire food groups, all you’re going to be left with is ultra processed foods, and companies want you to think that’s better, because it means profits. Simple whole foods, that’s all you need!
