Divers also benefit from strength and flexibility training, mental rehearsal and visualization exercises, the use of a trampoline equipped with a training rig and videtape analysis of their style. In the past 30 years, the team has become known for excelling against tough competition. It has finished in the top 10 at Division III NCAA nationals five times.
