Congratulations to Jenn Venn on successfully making her Figure debut yesterday at the NPC New England Championships. Made the top 5 in her class! I think the next show we'll get her in a red and black posing suit.

Jay-Po rolled north to Fair Haven... And despite a battle with some nasty food poisoning (no doubt the 99 Restaurant's pathetic attempt at revenge on UPC for a certain plumbing mishap) ... he still walks away with a total PR and a Deadlift PR.
