Captain Bill Zimmerman has been fishing in the Chesapeake Bay and the Florida Keys for over 36 years. He has been located in Chesapeake Beach for the last years and is extremely knowledgeable of the middle Bay fishing areas. His excellent knowledge of the area will get you on fish such as rockfish (stripers), bluefish, spanish mackerel, croaker, perch, spot, drum, and flounder. If they are out there and biting, he will find them.

We are getting ready for the 2025 season! We are really excited about the new boat and new area to fish. So much more variety and options as far as the fish. We will be staying at the Mobjack Bay Marina for this season which gives us great opportunities for fishing the southern bay as well as the possibility for offshore trips. Fishing is fantastic!! We had a blast the other day catching limits (and lots of throwbacks) of spanish mackerel, ribbon fish, and some blues. Kept everyone busy. Call today for a trip.. We are back on the water and ready to go! Plenty of dates available for Fall and Winter trips.

For some reason, I can't change our header to reflect that we are no longer in Solomons MD but rather in Mathews VA (just a few hours south). We have FINALLY completed the work on our newest member of the family (a 50ft Custom Carolina Sportfish) and are now accepting charters for the rest of the summer, fall and winter trips from our new home at Mobjack Bay Marina in Mathews. Please give us a call if you would like to be one of the first to enjoy our new boat and some really great fishing action from Cobia, spanish mackerel, bluefish, rockfish, spadefish, sea bass, redfish, and plenty of spot and croaker.
