Congratulations to our Assistant Athletic Director Mr. I'Rek Hartwell on putting together tonight's meeting presenting our Coaches with the Policy and Procedures from the Orangeburg County School District that governs our Athletic Department. 🏆🎉 EAGLE NATION!!!!

Join us in congratulating our very own Athletic Director Mr. Keith Parks on being named the 2026 Region 4A Athletic Director of the Year!

This recognition is voted on by Region Athletic Directors and Coaches. This is a further testament to the hard work and Visionary Leadership that Coach Parks has embodied here at North Middle/ High School for the past six years. This will be Coach Parks second time in three years earning this prestigious honor through his vision of Education Based Athletics.

The Servant Leadership and Vision of our Athletic Director continues to make a difference in our Student Athletes in the classroom, on the fields, and most importantly in the game of life.

Congratulations, Coach Parks and thank you to the Region 4A Athletic Directors/ Coaches, and the SCAAA( South Carolina Athletic Administrators Association for realizing and honoring the hard work and dedication to our Student Athletes that Coach Parks presents on a daily basis.

Eagle Nation let's give a big round of applause to our Assistant Athletic Director Mr. I'Rek Hartwell on completing all requirements to earn his National Certification to become a Certified Athletic Administrator. Coach Hartwell underwent a series of 500 level management classes through the NIAAA and completed a rigorous test to achieve his CAA Certification. Coach Hartwell we appreciate you and all that you give on a daily basis to serve the Orangeburg County School District and our students and community here at North Middle/High School. Congratulations on a job well done.
