⚠️ POND MEADOW PARK - BRIDGE PASSAGE CLOSED ⚠️

There are currently two culvert bridges in Pond Meadow Park that are failing or have recently failed. These bridges have been closed by the Engineering Departments, , Conservation Departments, and the DPW from both Braintree & Weymouth.

Due to this development, the paved walking loop is currently not passable and has been closed. Please adhere to all signage and barriers if you choose to walk in the park.

As work progresses, updates will be provided.

The Weymouth Junior Police Academy registration is on Wednesday April 2nd at 10AM. If you are a Weymouth resident and your child is 4th into 5th grade or 5th into 6th grade in September they are eligible.

There are limited spots and the registration is through the Weymouth Recreation Department. You need to have an account with WeyRec in order to register. This will fill up in minutes, so be prepared. Basically it will be like a scene from the Hunger Games….
