Master Biesik was born and raised in Western New York and is now proud to be raising his own family here. He currently has more than 15 years of experience in both practicing and teaching martial arts, striving to instill a positive mindset; all classes are designed for individual skills and accomplishments. We had a wonderful self-defense seminar tonight! Miss Isabelle's girl scout troop came in and got to learn some basic self-defense and break a board at the end of the session! Thanks to all the girls for coming out and doing a wonderful job! ASAH

I just want to give a huge shout out to our intermediate kids class yesterday, they all worked well together during their form last night, and it kept getting better each time they did the form!!

This video is their first one, so it's a little choppy..... BUT I really want to acknowledge Cameron who is the yellow stripe in front, he was setting the pace and timing for the entire class! Cameron has been diligently working hard every class and at home between classes, focusing on getting the techniques correct, and having amazing details! Way to go Cameron keep up the awesome work sir!! ASAH
