We are getting closer every day thanks to the incredible support from our community, members, businesses, and riders. The new groomer will help us keep trails safer, smoother, and ready for everyone to enjoy this winter season. ❄️

As we wrap up the season, the Stratford Nighthawks would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our landowners, groomer operators, members, volunteers, and everyone who visited and rode our trails this year.

It truly was an exceptional season—from the early snowfall in December to the consistently improving trail conditions, we couldn’t have asked for better.

A special thank you as well to Fish and Game for their support in our area.

We’re already looking ahead with excitement to what next season will bring! Speaking of the future, we’re currently raising matching funds for a new groomer. If you’re able, please consider making a small donation—every contribution makes a difference.

Trail Update: Warm temperatures have resulted in marginal snow cover in low-lying areas, indicating spring-like conditions, with snow flurries in the forecast. Please be respectful of our landowners and ride safe.

We are excited to share that we have already secured 80% of the funding for a new trail groomer!

Our volunteers spend countless hours maintaining and grooming the trails that riders enjoy all winter long. A new groomer will help us keep Stratford’s trails smooth, safe, and ready to ride for years to come.

It appears that Mother Nature is attempting to bring spring forward. We are expecting a few warm days ahead. Some of our trails are in good condition, but others are inaccessible. The parking area at Burns Field is currently flooded. While we typically enjoy excellent riding conditions in the spring around Nash Stream, we must prioritize protecting our landowners' property. The warm weather seems to be fleeting, with colder temperatures and snow predicted in the 10-day forecast. We will have to see what the future holds. This season has been exceptional, and we would like to thank our groomer operators, dedicated volunteers, and, above all, our landowners. Your contributions make this possible.
