This season, Johari "Flojohari" Diggins committed to the process β Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer training. She showed up to every practice, continued to develop, and stayed consistent throughout the year.
That consistency showed up when it mattered most.
At the AAU Junior Olympic Games, Johari competed in six races and produced five personal bests, including a 13.82 PR in the 100M and a 28.65 PR in the 200M.
What makes this performance even more meaningful is that the work didnβt begin at the Junior Olympics. It started months earlier, during preseason conditioning, and continued throughout the entire year.
There are no shortcuts to development. Preparation + consistency + time = progress.
