Bo-Fit Family… let’s do something FUN together 💪🔥

Who’s in for a Spartan Race on May 17th in Windham, Ohio?!
This one is a 5K (3.6 miles) + 20 obstacles…

BUT let’s be clear —
👉 this is NOT about racing
👉 this is NOT about being the fastest

This is about:
✔️ having fun
✔️ pushing ourselves (just a little 😉)
✔️ getting muddy
✔️ and making some AWESOME memories together

We’ll walk, jog, laugh, struggle, and finish TOGETHER 💯
⏰ Start time: 11:00 AM
🚗 About 1 hour from Bo-Fit (we’ll carpool or meet there!)
⏳ Plan to arrive about 1 hour early
