This camp is kinda like a sports combine you have heard about for pro athletes where they go through many physical tests to show teams their abilities and sometimes inabilities.
You deserve to be the best athletes possible and it all starts with BASE camp. This is the next one coming up.

You must be curious to know how Goality came to be. Well, let me share with you how.
Right after graduating from Purdue University in 1999, I started personal training at Bally Total Fitness where I lived. I got to learn how to design workouts and help people lose weight. I quickly learned the facility had itโs limitations with respect to how I could train people.
The dream to have my own facility soon began to flood my mind. I was low on funds to start something right away so I just had to wait until the time was right. Then one day, I got some advice from a friend who said I could re-finance my home and take some equity out.
This provided me with a down payment and I was off to the races. In 2005, I opened my first location in Itasca, IL. It was a 2,100 SF space with an open floor plan. No machines, just functional fitness tool.
Thatโs all I wanted to train and get people into shape. We had stability balls, free weights, bands and jump ropes. Over the years, I would add a few more pieces like BOSU balance trainers and T-bows. I had what I wanted to train the way I wanted to.
Before I continue, let me share with you how I came up with the name Goality. So, it was 20001 and I was sitting in my living room with my brother. We wanted to come up with a one word business name and it had to be a fusion of 2 words.
With these objectives, we began brainstorming words and putting them together. We came up with Achievals, myonetics, bionetics, and exernetic. Well, over the next hour, we had a list of over 50 words. Then after looking over the list, I put together Goals and Reality and formed Goality. It stuck and I came up with the tag line โTurning Goals Into Realityโ.
Back to my fitness club, I opened in Feb. 2005 and did not have a great start. I struggled the first 6 months. Then when fall and winter hit that year, things picked up. I would discover what people wanted and I did my best to give it to them.
Then I moved to a new location in 2008. I had the 2nd location until 2014 when I decided I wanted to sell it so that I can begin training people online.
Itโs now 2017 as I write this, and now we are at the beginning of the NEW Goality. I call it Goality Makers Lifestyle.
More is yet to come and I am excited to share this journey with you. I look forward to helping you so come stay and workout with us.
