Sorry for the double post! We have an update for Labor Day!

NRH will only be open from 9am-12:30pm for Fitness Classes, Muay Thai, and BJJ! Come get some early morning training!

Haslet will only be open from 5-8pm for an Open Mat, Grilled foods, and skating! Come roll and hang out!
