We had the best time visiting Shady Oaks Elementary School for their Career Day! We talked about aerial performance and teaching as a career and got to show off our cool skills, teach juggling, and got a mid-afternoon stretch in.

Week 1 of our six-weeks series ✅ On to week two of our series! We’ll be diving into the basics for our new kids or advancing our skills for returning kids.

Every class starts with a warm up to get our muscles loose and ready to move followed by a stretch to increase flexibility and conditioning to build strength.

Each class your child learns 4-6 tricks, transitions, or poses on their apparatus to challenge coordination, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Congratulations to Zaade for being our April Winner!!

Zaade loves aerial fabric and showing off her favorite sling skill - box. Zaade has been taking aerial classes with Shine Fitness Studio aka Shine Kids DFW Kids Aerials in Hurst, TX for a few months and has already learned so much!
