Monthly member goes to Bryant Lopez,
Bryant has been back with a vengeance spending 3-4 hours in the gym almost daily. He’s been killing it in his weight loss journey, and has been improving rapidly with his striking and grappling.. Bryant is putting in long hours in and is always a positive presence in the gym, and our gym family.

*SCHEDULE CHANGES*
*KIDS BJJ
Two new Kids BJJ classes will be added on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:45 PM, led by Coach Connor and Coach Marcus Silva. (WELCOME ABOARD MARCUS !)

*BOXING
Boxing classes will now run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:35 PM.
Sessions will focus on high-intensity training, including bag work, mitt work, and technical drills.

*NO-GI BJJ
No-Gi classes will now be offered every weeknight at 7:30 PM and Saturdays at 10:30 AM

Monthly member for August goes to none other than Jon Parm ! Jon recently suffered a massive heart attack last year and had the strength and courage to fight thru, complete his cardiac rehab and get back into training everyday. From knocking on deaths door to becoming the best version of himself in such a short time has been incredible to watch.
Jon is a riot, you never know what he’s going to say next.. for better or worse 😂😂
he boosts the teams morale, and is one of the most loyal and dedicated people around and I’m honored to present Student of the month to Mr. Parmesean!

Monthly member this July goes to . Mully has been a friend of mine for the last 3-4 years and has been a blessing having around our gym.. Mully has come along way since Imperium and has been fighting to better himself for his family and it’s been awesome to see all his progress. From losing 60 pounds since his son was born to getting his well deserved brown belt, to competing and contstantly pushing to become the best version of himself for his family and our martial arts community. Cheers to Mully 🍻
