Crossfit team series Event 5!

10minutes to complete as many reps as possible of:
3 synchronized deadlifts, 3 synchronized burpees.
6 synchronized deadlifts, 6 synchronized burpees.
9 synchronized deadlifts, 9 synchronized burpees. Etc.

It's about progress, not perfection. Regardless of injuries or limitations, you can still work hard towards your goals. Alex has turned these ladies into beasts in the gym and they are KILLIN this workout!
