Qualified Black Belt instruction. Chief Instructor Sensei Paul Moon is also a qualified coach and qualified National and International referee. If anyone who knew Sensei Cooke would like to attend The funeral it will be October 22nd at 2 pm at Ponger, Kays and Grady funeral home in Arcadia.
Afterwards there will be a celebration of his life in Mary Margarets in Arcadia, please let me know if you plan on attending.

After a 53 yr legacy started by my parents, all our karate schools are now permanently closed. Sensei Paul and I are now retired. We would like to thank the thousands of students who have supported us over the years in both England and the USA providing us with a lifetime or two of fond memories. It was an honour to have been your instructors, coaches, referees, mentors and friends. We wish you all a happy and healthy future.
