Stenten’s Phone & Internet Service Update

Dear Dealers,

We wanted to give you a quick update regarding our phone and internet service.

Since approximately 10:00 AM yesterday, Stenten’s has been affected by a major fiber optic outage in the North Port area. A local contractor damaged fiber optic lines, resulting in an outage currently affecting approximately 11,000 customers in the area.

We have now set up Wi-Fi hotspots and temporary calling solutions so that we can continue taking and processing orders. However, our phone and internet connections may be spotty or intermittent while we operate on these backup systems.

We are open and processing orders, but we ask for a little patience if you have trouble reaching us, a call drops, or it takes us a little longer than usual to respond or process your order.

At this time, service restoration estimates range from approximately 7:00 PM tonight to as late as midnight on August 13.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while our local service providers work to restore service.
