When planning your week, make sure to include Fort Cody Trading Post's Summer Music Series on Thursday night. Grab a lawn chair and come enjoy live music!

The local opener starts at 6pm with the headliner taking the stage at 7pm. Tickets are $5. Kids 12 and under are free! Food and beverages, including adult beverages, will be for sale at the show.

Got a little cowpoke that is up to the challenge? Sign them up for Mutton Bustin’ – the only requirement is that they have to weigh 60lbs or less!

Mandatory weigh-ins begin at 5 p.m.

Mutton Bustin’ starts at 6 p.m.

Adult Hour: 11:30 am–1:00 pm, Monday–Friday
General Hours: 1:00–7:00 pm daily

Two brand‑new features are ready for you, North Platte! Be sure to try out the new Family Slide and the Over‑Water Climbing Wall.

Canteen CruiseFest is the ultimate car show and event packed weekend held in the historic downtown Canteen District of North Platte! In addition to the car show, there is a pancake feed, kids and adult tractor pull, matchbox car races, live music from Strings Attached on Friday and Southern Fryed on Saturday, beer garden, food trucks, vendors, Rockabilly Contest, loud stereo contest, and many other fun events.

Please note, all events are in the downtown Canteen District except for the Sunday Tractor Pull that starts at noon at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds.

While there are entry fees for participants in the car show and tractor pull, spectators can enjoy both events, and most other activities, free of charge. The only exception is Hot Wheel Racing, which requires a fee to participate. There will also be a special pedal car auction for those interested in bidding. Food, drinks, vendor merchandise, and other items will be available for purchase throughout the event.

It's two days of high-flying fun you won't want to miss and it's happening in the Parking Lot West of Pizza Ranch!
