Our Hit-A-Thon day here, and we're excited for a fun-filled evening with all of our players and families!

All teams and players are expected to participate. There will be plenty of activities, including:

- Field games with prizes awarded to winners
- Free food for players and families
- Lemonade fundraiser
- Family games while waiting for your field time
- Inflatables and other fun activities

Check-In Information:
Please have your team check in by the Umpire Room, located on the east side of the concession stand.

Below shows each team's scheduled start time.

Coupon Books:
Please remind your players to bring back their coupon books as soon as possible. We need them returned so we can calculate sales totals and prepare prizes for our top sellers.

The hit-a-thon is completely separate from coupon books. You'll go to each field with your team and do the activities, such as farthest hit, etc... for a chance to win prizes! (Coupon book prizes will be calculated and distributed at a later date)

🍋 Be sure to stop by the lemonade stand for delicious flavored lemonades, with all proceeds benefiting TJ "Bubba" Cummings as he continues treatment in Omaha for a tumor in his spine.

🏰 Jump for Joy, LLC will be bringing bounce houses and an obstacle course for the kids to enjoy.

🛍️ And moms, we've got you covered too! Triple Thread Boutique will be onsite with some great shopping opportunities while the kids play.

Last night during the late game on Field 3, several kids were seen climbing the backstop fence and, unfortunately, a number of sponsor banner signs were vandalized.

Our sponsors are a huge part of what makes our program possible. Their support helps provide uniforms, equipment, and low-Cost registration for our players, and those banners are one of the ways we recognize and thank them. Replacing them is costly, and it also means some sponsors will be without signage for a couple of weeks while new banners are ordered.

We are asking parents, coaches, and spectators to please help us reinforce that the any fence in our baseball complex is not for climbing. Beyond the damage being done to our facilities, this behavior also creates unnecessary safety risks. Fence is not cheap to replace.

If you see a child on the fence, please kindly ask them to get down. A quick reminder from all of us goes a long way in keeping our complex safe, respectful, and well maintained.

We truly appreciate everyone’s support in protecting our fields, respecting our sponsors, and helping us continue to provide a positive experience for all players.
