You want to be a big dawg workout like one 🦍🦍💪🏾💪🏾🦍🦍 reps are king…I do 3 to 4 rounds of everything. I always record my last set. Nothing I do is fresh. Want a nice chest and tricep pump try it out 😤 incline DB press 50lbs 15 reps, tricep extension 52.5lbs 30 reps 10 hold for 10sec, single arm tricep extension 22.5lbs 10 reps each arm and 20 reps on bench 135lbs😤🔥

The two young men worked so hard for what they have today. Faced a lot of challenges along the way and even injuries. Through it all they still beat the odds. Now both will be playing Divison l football university of Holy Cross and ._ at Florida International University…beyond happy to have trained them both and still do. This is just the beginning young bulls continue to be great 🥶💪🏾💪🏾🥶 it’s the Dynamic way 🤞🏾
