Just as a reminder, today, August 12th is breaking day so if you would like to practice your breaking technique or need a breaking stripe, don't miss today's class!!

There are $2 board fees per board, so if you can bring your board fees with you to your class, that will be greatly appreciated!

Hello everyone, just as a reminder, Today Wednesday 21st, is our sparring day.
If you have sparring gear, please bring your equipment to your class and if you don't have your gear yet it is ok to participate in your class but you'll do non contact sparring.👊
