Yoga at Cherry Grove Beach Yoga on the Beach are yoga session's on Cherry Grove Beach at the 10th Ave., N beach access. Come and enjoy a gentle yoga class directly on the beach.

Bring your mat, a towel, some water and sunglasses. Don't be afraid of getting sand on your hands or getting salt water on your toes, it's all part of the experience. See you on the Beach!! $15 per class, cash and Venmo accepted.

Done! 10 miles this morning. It wasn’t pretty and that’s because I made a big mistake and that was not fueling before I headed out. To be honest I didn’t expect to go that far. But I’m home and I’m filling my tank with a delicious protein shake balanced with protein powder, carbs and fat.
I’m so going to enjoy some birthday cake today! 🏃‍♀️🎂
