Yoga at Cherry Grove Beach

Yoga at Cherry Grove Beach Yoga on the Beach are yoga session's on Cherry Grove Beach at the 10th Ave., N beach access. Come and enjoy a gentle yoga class directly on the beach.

Bring your mat, a towel, some water and sunglasses. Don't be afraid of getting sand on your hands or getting salt water on your toes, it's all part of the experience. See you on the Beach!! $15 per class, cash and Venmo accepted.

This morning’s beach yoga felt like a little secret between us and the ocean. The low clouds rolled in and wrapped Cherry Grove in a soft, quiet blanket, making the beach feel completely our own. No crowds. No distractions. Just the sound of the waves, the rhythm of our breath, and a peaceful stretch to start the day.
