🔥🔥🔥GET READY!!! NEW CLASS ALERT!!! 📣

We are excited to announce a new Silver Sneakers class called BOOM MUSCLE!
BOOM MUSCLE is a beginner level circuit class designed to improve skill, mobility and health in a fun and supportive environment.

This class will start on December 9th, 2025 at 9:15 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. and will be conducted every Tuesday and Saturday.
Class Details:
· Location: Edison’s Fitness Room
· Instructor: Jeremy Hunt
· Duration: 45 minutes
· Cost: Free ONLY for Silver Sneakers members; $5 for other members

There will be a max capacity of 10 per class. First come, first serve! No class reservations are necessary.
The day of class; All participants will be required to sign in PRIOR to taking the class! There will be a sign-up sheet in the Fitness Room. Non-Silver Sneaker members will need to see a staff member before taking the class for payment.
This class will include a variety of workouts suitable for fitness athletes at any stage of the game. Whether you want to improve your strength, flexibility, or overall fitness, this program is for you!
