September 12th Wheel to Surf; please read this post and be watching for an email Sunday evening with more information.
UPDATES:
1. We have 70 Surfers Signed up - we have created a WAIT LIST Option on the Cognito Form. See link below. Please choose this if you or someone you love wants to surf, but has not already signed up. As spots open, Rebecca Carter will send you a text message to let you know you are on the schedule.
2. Thank you to Jersey Mikes for sponsoring lunch for the event! Thank you to Surfrider Grand Strand for providing the water and Axcess Home Care for fruit and other items for the event. And we are happy to share that Bean Dreaming will be on site to offer coffee for purchase.
3. Thank you to Sara J's for providing the "off-site" parking for ALL VOLUNTEERS; this is a HUGE help!
4. Thank you to Ron Odom for coordinating the parking at Sara J's and for securing us a lovely outdoor area for the "After-Party" from 3:00-7:00 at Sara J's.
5. Thank you to CoastRTA for providing the shuttle services from Sara J's to and from the event at 13th Ave. **ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST park off-site to ensure parking for surfers at the location.
6. Thank you to all the Volunteers who have signed up. We still need STRONG WATER FOLKS to help with the deep water. And additional thank you to the CCU Serves students who have signed up. Rebecca Carter will be reaching out this weekend to help coordinate with the person/persons in charge of the group.
7. Thank you to Town of Surfside Beach for partnering with us to host this event for over a decade and your continued belief that "Beaches are for EVERYONE"!

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone that came out to Duck Dive Bar on Wednesday night. The love, support, and encouragement was overwhelming. I have never felt more proud and grateful to call North Myrtle Beach home. Seeing so many people that I dearly love in one place and all the smiles on everyone's faces definitely helped lift my spirit.

Duck Dive Bar & Rick Cannon partnered up and hosted such a wonderful event. The Duck Dive staff worked so hard and were incredible, even in the heat. Rick, Gary, & Nate had an incredible sunset behind them that made the tunes even sweeter. Misha designed and printed a special logo on t-shirts that sold out in a couple hours. The 50/50 raffle was also a big success! The love that went into the night was something I'll never forget. A big thank you to everyone that offered their time and heart into hosting such a special night.

I love serving my community and I have the best customers, employees, and friends. It will take some time, but Trunkplayer Surf and Skate will be back and better than ever because of y'all.
