My name is Mandy McCarl and I LOVE Pilates and the people I meet doing it. I started my teaching career instructing at the Muskegon YMCA, and was there for 10 awesome years. I also teach BEACH PILATES with Mandy classes during the Spring and Summer months, at Pere Marquette Beach. I also teach at the best little gym in town, Waters Edge Fitness. Best fitness family around and so many great classes. I love what I do!! I love sharing my passion for Pilates and good health with others. The people that I've met through Pilates, and the wonderful relationships and friendships I've built with so many people, has been an amazing bonus gift. I hope to meet you as well
