Teaching has always been so much more than just a job to me. It’s something I genuinely love. 💚

I love connecting with people, helping them discover what their bodies are capable of, watching their confidence grow, and sharing the knowledge and passion that Pilates has given me.

After all these years, I still get excited to teach — and I feel incredibly lucky to have built a career around something I love.
