Tanda was born from a desire to create a cross-cultural project that uses the Argentine tango as a base for physical and emotional well-being, artistic expression, and community interactions. This approach to tango encourages new schools of thought for the tango curious while re-invigorating the tango veteran’s love for the practice through a new lens that pushes for growth and evolution. The World Cup is almost here, and our June milonga falls right in the middle of the Mundial excitement!

We’ll open the day with afternoon workshops by Yesica & Ariel Yesica Esquivel Y Ariel Leguizamónfrom 2:00–5:00 PM, then continue into a festive Mundial Night full of dancing, music, and community. PRE MILONGA CLASS - 8pm , MILONGA NIGHT - 9pm

This time, we’re bringing not one but two fantastic DJs behind the music. More variety, more musical perspectives, more surprises, and a little friendly competition throughout the night.

Saturday April 18th !!!! It was an amazing amaziiiing night ! Energy was through the roof ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ German and Nico started with a great class , after that Alejandro picked up with his great celections of tandas that he always prepares carefully ❤️❤️❤️ thank you 🙏 Hot hot hot performance of Rocío , German and Nico , ahhhh they burned the floor , we are going to post some of it ! For people living with chronic inflammatory conditions, staying active can feel like a battle.
A study (citation below) showed that participating in Argentine tango sessions helped patients increase their overall physical activity, not by forcing exercise, but by making movement enjoyable, meaningful, and sustainable.
Tango didn’t push people past their limits. It invited them back into movement.
Sometimes healing doesn’t come from doing more, it comes from doing something you want to return to.
