I used to weigh 400 pounds.

I’m not sharing that for shock value. I’m sharing it because if you’ve ever told yourself “I’m not fit enough to go to a fitness class” - I need you to know that I was that person.

Today I teach fitness on the beach in Miami Beach. I’ve lost 250 pounds. And I built Miami Beach Fit Camp specifically for people who know they need to move their body but just don’t know where to start - and are a little afraid to try.

You don’t need to be in shape to come. You don’t need experience. You don’t need to know anyone.
