Summer is officially done, and we’re excited to announce that FALL TRAINING IS BACK! 💪🎾

We kicked off our first day of Fall Training, and the energy on court was 🔥! Our RDD Elite players are back to work—training, improving, competing, and having fun together.

Summer training starts with one hour of pure intensity! Every Monday, our RDD players put in the work to build speed, strength, endurance, agility, and mental toughness on the court.
