A lot of people know me from the Iowa Dynasty Hoops days.

Those years meant a lot to me. We built relationships, competed hard, and most importantly helped young men grow on and off the court.

Crown City Elite is an extension of that same heart, just in a different season of life.

The mission hasn’t changed:
Access. Development. Belief.

We’re now training athletes every Sunday in Solon using tools like the Dr. Dish, BlazePods, speed gates, and structured skill work — but the core is still the same.

Heart Over Hype.

If you’ve supported me or trusted me with your athlete in the past, I appreciate you more than you know.

🏀🏈 $10 Crown City Elite Workout Trial 🏈🏀

Hey everyone — this is Kevin Gaster, and I wanted to personally share an opportunity we’re offering through Crown City Elite.

We’re opening up $10 trial workouts so athletes and families can come try a session before committing to anything long term. This is meant to be a low-pressure way to experience our training environment, coaching, and technology.

The trial workout includes:
• Individualized basketball or football skill work
• Access to training tech like Dr. Dish and football passing machines
• A fun, competitive, and supportive workout environment
• Open to boys and girls (5th grade and up)

You do not have to play for a Crown City Elite team to train with us. This is about access, development, and giving athletes a place to work when they want to get better.

2018-2019 AAU tryouts are almost here! We are looking to fill limited spots on our 5th-11th grade teams.

Tryouts will consist of a 30 minute skill workout provided by Complete Player Evolution Owner/Lead Trainer, Mark Lowe. Following the skill workout, players will be given opportunities to play in live games scenarios until the conclusion of tryouts.

Tryout 1: Sunday, August 12th at Iowa City West High School ~ $10 tryout fee

5th - 8th grade: 10:00am-11:30am (registration starts at 9:30am)

9th - 11th grade: 12:00pm-1:30pm (registration starts at 11:30am)

*Tryout 2 (If unable to attend first tryout): Wednesday, August 15th at Iowa City West High School ~ $10 tryout fee

5th-11th grade: 7:00pm-9:00pm
