I am heartbroken to report that we have lost Max to colic. There are no words to express what a blow this is. He was just the best. Color, conformation, temperament, pedigree..... a precious gem who can never be replaced. Condolences go out to all the mare owners who wanted to breed to him, to Lyn who raised him from a baby, and most of all to his trainer Leslie, who lived with him and loved him more than anyone else.

This was an interesting article. Max has the full siblings Milkie's Desire and Desire For Gold in his third generation. These two are considered the best son and daughter, respectively, of Milkie.

Great news! Max will be standing at stud in 2019, in Virginia. Approved mares only, introductory fee only $500. FREE breedings to mares with approved pedigrees who are winners in Hunter o/f, Jumper, Eventing or Dressage, or mares by specific sires - stay tuned for complete list. He will be trained to collect and we can list him with AQHA, APHA, or any other registry that accepts TBs, if there is any interest.

In 2017 he had 6 shows, 17 wins, 6x Grand Champion Stallion, Year-End High Point Open Stallions in NSRHA.
