Last call for participation in next 4 session pain class. It starts tomorrow night, Tuesday, at 5:30-6:30pm CST. This will be on zoom so you do not need to be in the same state. If you live with chronic pain, this class is for you. Message me tonight by midnight. We have a smaller class this time and i'd love to get a couple more people into it to enhance discussion. Either way we are running the class! You will not be disappointed.
