Ladies, the date for the ugly sock exchange has changed to Dec, 21st.

Our exercise group has decided to do an ugly sock exchange for the Christmas Holiday. To participate bring a pair of ugly socks with small gift inside each sock. Tie the socks together and bring them to the class. Gift ideas, chapstick, lipstick, gift cards, something small, apples oranges, candy.

We will be doing this Dec,16th at 10:30 am.
