Come enjoy the gym however you wish! Play, explore, burn some energy, or use the extra time to work on those skills you’ve been practicing! 💪✨

⭐ PRIVATE LESSONS
Spend one-on-one time with your favorite coach! Perfect for working on a specific skill, overcoming a challenge, or getting those extra repetitions to help speed up the process. 🔥

Did you know you can reserve space at VGA?! You can rent a portion of the gym or the entire facility for your event, activity, or special occasion!

Maddox’s first My Peewee & Me Class! 💙

We love the parent and me classes at VGA. From doing them with our daughter to now doing them with our son, they are so much fun and teach them a TON! Coach lily gives structure and great instruction to the class while keeping it super light hearted and fun!
