Challenge my clients from in a game of basketball. Really good idea of getting in some cardio while having fun. The clients really surprised me and played a hell of game lol. I lost 6 games and only won 1 lol. Safe to say basketball ain’t my sport lol I’ll stick to boxing... Thanks again for hosting us 🙌🏽.
