This will not affect high school practice even though times overlap. Thanks đź‘Ť

Hey everyone, just a reminder we are starting in the weight room today at 5pm. Athletes can wear sneakers or wrestling shoes. Please, no flip-flops, slides, crocs, or any other shoes not mentioned above. If anyone is running late, just meet us in there!

See you tonight at NKHS from 5-7! The weight room is next to the back gym, across from the boys locker room.
