Proudly serving the North Kingstown community since 1980. We offer a variety of martial arts classes for children and adults including:

* Kickboxing - cardio blast for adults (18+)
* Private lessons in Karate, Kenpo, Jiu-Jitsu
* Special workshops in self-defense for women and children
