Grief asks a lot of us. And there is no one right way to move through it.
Grief Yoga is a space to meet whatever you’re carrying through movement, breath, sound, and meditation — without needing to explain it, fix it, or make it go away.
Led by certified Grief Yoga instructor Kim Bernardo, this gentle practice is less about physical flexibility and more about giving emotion somewhere to move. No previous yoga experience is needed.
Grief can come from the death of someone we love, but it can also come with endings, transitions, illness, change, heartbreak, or the loss of something we thought our life would hold. You don’t need to decide whether your grief is “big enough” to belong here.
