I realize that Epicure may not be for everyone (it 💯 SHOULD be) but I also KNOW it is EXACTLY the thing some of you NEED to begin to make a change!!!

Y'all, I would REALLY like this page to be a place of engagement, otherwise it defeats the purpose. I want to add value to your health journey but cannot do that if you aren't participating in conversations. I will continue to post for the next few days and if then I am getting zero engagement..operation community support will shut down. If nobody needs accountability or support from this community, that's OK! I just don't want to continue posting to a group of amazing peeps that do not need or want it, lol....

That being said:

Got my walk in at first daybreak!! Not only did it feel great to get it done early but the benefits of the vitamin D from natural light...PRIMO!!!

Today I decided to wear my fitbit...I have not had this baby on since 2019!! 😲

So, I knew my pace would be slow, it registered at 20:21 minute mile. While not HORRIBLE since I used to walk a 14-15 min mile, what did surprise the s**t out of me was the distance I covered.

I was really down on myself for not walking as long or as far as the old me could and would do....but Y'all---1.55 miles walked brought tears to my eyes. I am so freaking proud of this today!!!

Did you do something that made you proud of yourself today????
