She is scrappy and will fight tooth and nail for what is important to her and close to her heart 💪
She is hilarious and has the absolute best laugh that is nothing but contagious 🤪

GoTribe isn’t just a gym; it’s a lifestyle that has ignited my passion for fitness. The community at GoTribe has turned my workouts into moments of connection and shared enthusiasm. The support from both trainers and fellow members creates an uplifting environment that makes every visit a highlight of my day. GoTribe has not only sculpted my body but has also sculpted a community where fitness feels like family. I’m thankful to all the trainers for their hard work and their encouragement throughout my time, I’m inspired by them and my fellow classmates every time I walk in.

6 month progress photos 👏👏👏

Everyone has their “Why” when it comes to fitness. This beautiful soul joined the Tribe in February to reclaim her health & learn ways to reverse her Type 2 diabetes diagnosis.

Determined to prove her Dr. wrong that she would not be able to get off meds because she can’t loose the weight that it would take.

Unlearning 52 years of disruptive eating and behavior habits is a very challenging task. The thought of embarking on this mission can be overwhelming and daunting. Not wanting to fail at fitness again she chose not to do it alone.

Harriet committed and invested in a health coach to assist her in the process.

Fast forward to today 6 months later Harriet is working out 5-6 days a week, meal preps weekly, prioritizes sleep and controls stress through self care routines.

Accomplishments 🥳
-28lbs
-10% BMI
-17 inches

A1C down from 8.9 to 6.1 🙏🏽
We still have work to do but this is definitely a moment to reflect & acknowledge all of these wins 🏆

Healthy living is a beautiful journey that requires extreme amounts of reflection and patience. It’s easy to get frustrated and quit. Staying course and putting the work in that is needed will always payoff.
