Shaolin American Self Defense Academy Whether you want to get in shape or unleash the warrior within, SASDA has all the training for you. We teach Kenpō Karate.

The instructors at SASDA provide personalized self-defense programs that will accommodate your goals, personality, and lifestyle. Our syllabus blends speed, agility and circular movements of the art of Kung Fu with the harder, more linear, 'striking art' of Japanese Karate to produce an incredibly effective self-defense system. d gain a strong sense of DISCIPLINE and CONFIDENCE that are essential for real-life situations. The Academy offers private and group instruction for children, teens, and adults of any age or skill level. Kenpō (拳法)
Kenpō is the name of several Japanese martial arts. The word kenpō is a Japanese translation of the Chinese word “quánfǎ.” This term is often informally transliterated as “kempo.” Kenpō, roughly translated, means “Fist Law.”

Wednesdays: 8:00pm - 9:00pm (advanced:purple & above)

Thursdays: 7:00pm - 8:00pm (all ranks welcome)

Fridays: 12:00pm - 1:00pm (all ranks welcome)

Saturdays: 12:00pm - 1:00pm (all ranks welcome)

Saturdays: 1:00pm - 2:00pm (technique line)

KIDS (8-12 years)

Mondays: 4:30pm - 5:30pm (all ranks welcome)

Mondays: 5:30pm - 6:30pm (advanced)

Wednesdays: 4:30pm - 5:30pm (sparring/fighting concepts)

Fridays: 4:30pm - 5:30pm (all ranks welcome)

Had an amazing weekend sharing Kenpo at the IKC 70th Anniversary Friday Night Line Celebration. A huge THANK YOU to Mr. Steve Cooper for including me in the line up this year. You hosted a fantastic event Sir. It was an absolute honor to share Kenpo amongst so many accomplished masters and grandmasters. Each session was filled with so many gold nuggets of knowledge, ideas and information. It was an awesome time! A GINORMOUS CONGRATS to my students who competed.
