SUMMER CAMP 2023!!!!!! The BEST time to get ready for competition season 2024! ALL competing athletes are HIGHLY recommended to partake in SUMMER CAMP where the athletes have plenty of training time to work on elements, flexibility, apparatus work, strength, and learn the new routine for the upcoming season. ESPECIALLY for athletes who are moving up levels or competing for the first time. Happy Summer CASteam and good luck in 2024!!!!
