Dear Members, this guided meditation is by Dr. Christiane Wolf a senior teacher at Insight LA. This meditation guides you to allow your focus to rest on the breath. This is one of the fundamentals of meditation. One main benefit to meditating is that it can help develop a sense of calm. Something that we all can use during this time. I hope you find it useful.
